Oracle Program Manager- Talent Acquisition 3-ProdDev in Denver, Colorado

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 5 years of team leadership experience, including successfully developing programs related to hiring and retaining employees

  • Experience working in or with a compliance or risk management organization.

  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience in onboarding new employees with the latest technologies and methodologies

  • Proven track record of providing programs to meeting processes and reporting

  • 7 years of experience with working with global organziations and mulit-disciplined teams

  • Ability to gather data requirements and use data modeling future projections

  • Confidently taking responsibility for the technical output of a project

  • Ability to quickly pick up new skills and learn on the job

  • Comfortable working with various stakeholders such as VP, Directors and Managers
