Recommend trade-offs between scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.Drive Delivery Standardization Drive standardization of delivery across all programs and projects withinthe Advanced Grid Initiative Accountable for driving adherence to core program delivery methodologiesInterface with Senior Leadership Achieve buy-in from senior management for scope, schedule, budget,quality, and risks changes Communicate delivery risks, challenges, key design decisions withsenior managementSkill Requirements: The Delivery Lead requires a Bachelor''s in Business or InformationTechnology, or related field plus a minimum of 10 years of experience withlarge, multi-tower transformational program delivery in Utilities. Experience in AMI, ADMS, or other Advanced Grid programs would bepreferred. Ability to identify and anticipate initiative and cross-program issues,risks and dependencies and facilitate resolution as required Ability to document and communicate the status of program progress againstplans, identifying and driving corrective action as necessary Ability to manage the success of metrics defined by the program and theorganization Ability to define, implement, and maintain program process guidance(e.g., program plan and subordinate plans), tailoring organizationalprocesses as needed Ability to negotiate changes to commitments/requirements Ability to manage large teams to drive integration across multipleprograms.
