Come be a part of anexceptional company and team.Position Summary:This position is responsible for managing the full life cycle of theonboarding process for our clients referred contractors. This will includedocumentation receipt, accurate input, maintaining database integrity,ongoing contractor care management inquiry resolution and consistency acrossaccounts. Coordination with multiple internal teams, communication regardingonboarding progress internally and externally. We strive to create anextraordinary experience for TalentWave's contractors and customers alike.Essential Duties:Manage onboarding of new contractors by gathering and validating all relevantlegal documentation to adhere to client's requirementsCapturing and effectively recording appropriate data in various systems in atimely manner throughout the processEnsuring appropriate business teams are kept appraised of progress throughoutprocess until onboarding is completeProactively collaborate with Payroll, Accounting, Program and ComplianceteamsTrack and report on missing documentation per client policiesCreate and maintain structured and organized records for each clientContact contractors to obtain missing documentationMaintain and update contractor information in appropriate systemsProvide continued contractor care through the life cycle of their clientengagementExperience:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent listening skillsExcellent customer service skillsAttention to detail in document reviews as well as system inputGood organization skills; can manage multiple requests and stay organizedPrior staffing/recruiting/HR experience is a plusStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree a plusMSP/VMS knowledge a plusExperience with Canadian T4 employees a plusBenefits and Compensation:Pay range: $40,000 - $45,000 annualized, depending on qualificationsEligible for variable compensation plan based on performance and company goalsPaid vacation, sick days, and holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planVoluntary life insuranceMany more ancillary benefits
