We are looking for a passionate,data-driven Recruiting Operations Analyst to partner with stakeholders acrossthe organization. You will be using your analytical skills to developdata-driven insights to improve our recruitment strategy processes. In thisexciting role, you will curate reports and present your analysis toleadership across the organization.You Will:Work directly with recruitment leadership and key stakeholders across thecompany on operational and strategic talent projectsGenerate actionable insights through the use of metrics and dashboards tooptimize the recruiting processProgram and maintain reports, dashboards, data generators, and otherend-user information portals or resourcesIntegrate data from multiple sources to produce well-rounded insights into ourrecruitment processProactively alert teams to trending data and insights that could require moreimmediate actionUtilize data, work with the Recruitment team to apply relevant findings todrive decision making, anticipate future trends, and improve overallcandidate experienceIdentify opportunities for improvement across processes and systemsPrioritize projects to be able to balance immediate needs and longer term ROIYou Are:Experienced in data analytics, recruiting, or people operations with atleast three years of relevant work experienceFluent in SQLProficient in Excel/Google Sheets and have worked with ATS (Greenhouse)Experienced in data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau,Looker, Power BI, etc.An excellent communicator (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills todevelop and communicate clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analysesExcited about applying technology and data in creative and novel waysBonus Points:Experience with Python, R, SPSSWhy You Should Apply:Generous and competitive andNew hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase planContinuous career development and pathing opportunitiesProduct training to develop an in-depth understanding of our product and spaceBest in breed onboardingInternal mentor and buddy program cross-departmentallyFriendly and inclusive workplace cultureAbout Us:Datadog is the monitoring and security platform for cloud applications.
