ProKarma Release Train Engineer in Denver, Colorado
PK is seeking a consultant Release Train Engineer (RTE) to help support our SAFe Release Train working out of our Denver Office.
Facilitate PI Planning readiness and the PI planning event
Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
Escalate and track impediments for resolution at the train level
Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities at the train level
Establishes and communicates the sprint and PI cadence to teams and business stakeholders
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to coordinate the ART activities with the scrum masters
Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Encourage collaboration between teams and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
Facilitates demos by scheduling and facilitating
Experience with leading multiple teams as an RTE in the Scaled Agile Framework is required.

Well-versed with both waterfall and Agile project methodologies (SAFE/SCRUM)
Additional experience in one or more of the team level roles – Scrum Master, Product Owner.
Experience communicating with Senior Leaders regarding Program Status and helping communicate key differences in SAFE reporting versus Waterfall
Extensive experience coaching to agile practices across various levels of maturity and roles (IC to Leadership)
