Radian Group Resilience Analyst (Prefer DEN, SLC, PIT, PHL Or DAY- US Onl in Denver, Colorado

Prefer candidates in Denver, Midvale UT, Coraopolis PA, Philadelphia,or Dayton. However, will accept other locations as long as in US only.The Resilience Analyst is responsible for supporting the monitoring andmaintenance of the business continuity, emergency management, and physicalsecurity programs at Radian to help the organization prepare for and respondto and recover from incidents. This role is a 24/7 on-call role.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport compliance with the business continuity, emergency management, andphysical security programs, to include: maintenance and upkeep of BusinessImpact Analyses (including analysis of internal, external, andapplication dependencies), Risk Assessments, business continuityplaybooks, and the pandemic and infectious disease plan; perform datamigration and analysis as needed on the above. Update team lists and contactdetails. Ensure emergency supplies inventory is current.Support due diligence and compliance reporting, to include reviewingcustomer contractual requirements, responding to customer and regulatorinquiries, and consolidating audit responses.Support assessing the business continuity and security programs of critical3rd partiesAssist the Security Manager with: Management and monitoring of the accesscontrol system; performing badge maintenance life-cycle and access controloperations, to include access reviews, access removal/addition,validation, as needed; Reviewing security footage for sensitive areas on aroutAssist in training staff, Business Continuity Coordinators, and IncidentManagement Teams on their roles in emergencies; assist in communicatingorganizational policies and procedures and awareness. Support executing andreporting on exercises and drills. Support reporting the results of programaccomplishments and lessons learned , including department status andgovernance reportingSupport incident management activities, including security, safety, andbusiness interruption events and maintain and operate the emergencycommunications systems and equipment. Monitor, track, and respond toincidents; communicate status, updates, and actual or potentialproblems, using established protocols, including 3rd partynotifications, as warranted. Support after-hours and other securityevents/incidents, as needed. Monitor the Safety, Security and ResilienceMailbox; escalate items as appropriate. Support After Action Reviews andreporting on incidents and exercisesJob SpecificationsKnowledge:Knowledge and skills with emergency management, business continuity(e.g., business impact analysis, plan development, exercises), orphysical security concepts preferred.Knowledge and skill commensurate with two to three years of experience orequivalent understanding in business continuity or internal audit highlypreferred.Skills and Abilities:Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, basiccomputer knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office suite, ability tomultitask, and maintain a positive and helpful attitudeOther Position Parameters:24 x 7 x 365 availability on-call positionOccasional travel possible (0 to 15% travel)Prior Work ExperienceTechnical: 2 - 3 yearsEducation and CredentialsRequired: Bachelor's Degree, Concentration in AnyOther Certifications:: ABCP, CBCP, MBCI, or related certificationspreferred, but not requiredAt this time, Radian is unable to sponsor applicants who require work visas.EEO StatementRadian complies with all applicable federal, state, and local lawsprohibiting discrimination in employment.
