Sunrun RPA Lead Developer / RPA System Programmer in Denver, Colorado
The RPA Lead Developer / RPA System Programmer reports to the RPA Manager will manage the UiPath platform, partnering with the business for day to day operation, issue response and new robot deployment. They will also be responsible for reporting bot productivity, managing bot capacity, and making changes to the RPA architecture as needed.
Serve as the front line issue response for developers and the business
Identify and communicate platform issues and implement a resolution
Maintain several bots on daily basis and ensure quality and high performance
Assist the team in deployment, support, evaluation of potential RPA processes, support change management within UiPath
Assist with code reviews and testing plans for optimal performance and deployment
Supports Associate RPA Developers with best practices, peer reviews, and troubleshooting
Understand process changes and update robots accordingly
Monitor and forecast robot processing, server, and network capacity
Platform management including user permissions, queue management, and server settings
Administer licenses as needed and troubleshoot account issues
Implement best practices to the current automation architecture
Lead integrations with Oracle, Salesforce, Okta etc.
Maintain platform compliance with internal audit alignment and provide reporting as needed
Work with IT to understand impacts of patches / upgrades to existing systems / technology
Strong experience with RPA development and delivery, UiPath experience preferred
Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (Salesforce), Google Suite and Oracle ERP
Certification / completion of UIPath development program preferred (if not already certified, will obtain certification within 30 days of starting);
Experience with basic programming concepts (data structures, error handling, control flow, functions, scope etc) in any language
Experience in object-oriented programming (C#,C++,VB,Java,Python)
Familiar with test-driven development
Expertise on business technology & automation
Understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure and databases
Previous successful completion of a development project
Understanding of long term monitoring, maintenance, and debugging techniques
5 years of development experience
