Twilio, Inc. seeks Security Program Manager in Denver, CO.Job Duties: Manage security integration efforts post acquisition to confirmand execute an integration plan with the broader security team,engineering, IT. Monitor integration security issues to ensure alignmentwith the desired enterprise risk profile. Draft and repo1i relevant securityrisks to management. Provide security guidance and updates in MandA crossfunctional meetings. Build out and continuously improve due diligence andintegration capabilities including security control assessments, on-siteevaluations, and integration processes. Interact extensively across allfunctional teams and senior management within Twilio. Develop and maintainMandA playbooks and detailed process flows. Maintain and present detailedstatus reports on integration milestones and tasks on an on going basis.Proactively investigate and report status on any MandA related inquiries andefforts. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and have excellentrelationship management, communication, and negotiation skills to enforcesecurity policy, process, standards and controls. Telecommuting permitted.Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, inComputer Science, Information and Communication Technology, or closelyrelated quantitative discipline and one (1) year of experience in joboffered or one (1) years of experience in the field of securityengineering or program architecture or Bachelor's degree, or foreignequivalent, in Computer Science, Information and CommunicationTechnology, or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5)years of experience in job offered or five (5) years of progressivelyresponsible experience in the field of security engineering or programarchitecture.Special Skills:(1) Security Frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO) implementation(2) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform implementation(3) Monitoring, Detection and Respond/Managed Security Service deployment(4) Building of Threat Detection(5) Scaled agile frameworks (SAFe)(6) Implementation of Enterprise Security Solutions (Network, Data,Application, Endpoint, IAM, Monitor and Response).(7) Compromise Breach Assessment(8) Cyber risk assessment(9) Secure Development Lifecycle and Application Security(10) Vulnerability Management and RemediationAny suitable combination of education, training and experience isacceptable.
