KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Business Analyst to join our Audit Technology organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Audit senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business objectives and facilitate strategic process redesign sessions
Exhibit an understanding of a business process and/or product/application to ensure business knowledge continuity with a view into integration across product portfolios and future state is achieved with innovative processes and tools
Define business requirements with the business and scope functionality for delivery based on business needs
Perform Pre-UAT testing to identify critical and high defects prior to UAT starting while developing the comprehensive test cases; lead UAT phase and document feedback
Design comprehensive training plans; develop user guides, QRG, FAQs and other process/documents to support deployment and adoption of products
Ownership of release management and traceability of proposed functional and design requirements; ensuring critical business needs are met through complete lifecycle from business requirements, develop quality assurance & UAT, while strategically prioritizing and validating requirements backlog for future development
Minimum Six years of business analysis experience; preferably from a professional services firm
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Strong quantitative, attention to detail, analytical writing and communication skills
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to communicate across various levels of management
Business Process Management and Agile development experience required
Knowledge of business intelligence tools, workflow software (ServiceNow, Appian); Design Thinking process and Jira is a plus
