Under the general supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Specialist provides service desk and desk side support to practitioners. He/she is also responsible for the operation of desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment and for hardware and software installation and repair.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience writing informative, engaging, and persuasive content is required. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team-focused environment. High level of attention to detail

  • Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques and general understanding of content marketing. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, business-related social media, Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools preferred

  • Requires professionalism, diplomacy, organization, creativity, and ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team-focused, collaborative and fast-paced environment. High-level verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related field required

  • Minimum of 3 years marketing project planning and execution experience required

  • General understanding of digital marketing and marketing automation concepts

Content and Asset Development

  • Use marketing strategy, positioning and messaging in industry, service or other content developed

  • Coordinate and execute content assets to support go-to-market plans and growth initiatives which may include, but are not limited to, demand generation campaigns, thought leadership, webinars, sponsorships, special events, seminars, trade show exhibits, , advertising, social media and communications

  • Develop a variety of content pieces through hands-on writing, editing and proofreading

  • Maximize target audience engagement with informative, engaging, and persuasive content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm guidelines and brand standards

  • Develop core content that supports formal presentations to clients, prospective clients, and referral sources

  • Develop content to support communications to clients, prospects, and internal staff

  • Help ensure industry and service content is complete, up-to-date and consistent across various forms, such as proposal and presentation content, intranet and website pages, collateral, templates, and other sales-supporting materials

  • Support marketing strategy and content aspects of proposal and presentation development and assist proposal writers as requested

  • Work with partners to secure and write client testimonials, client video testimonials and case studies to be used in proposals, presentation materials and go-to-market activities

  • Assist with public relations article placement and interview opportunities

  • Help generate thought leadership and story ideas and recommend specialized strategies for various content needs

  • Understand content results and marketing return on objective

  • Collaborate with colleagues as appropriate to plan and execute work

  • Utilize marketing department shared resources as appropriate to help execute initiatives

  • Continuously expand knowledge base in assigned specialized industries or services

Perform and utilize research as needed

  • Conduct online research of specific thought leadership topics and business needs/issues to support the planning and development of content

  • Monitor trends and business issues

Participate in professional organizations and independent study and integrate new knowledge, skills, and best practices into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriate. Participate in marketing taskforces and special projects as assigned
