What does a great Senior Product Analyst – Accel Network do?
Leveraging the Pragmatic Marketing Framework, you will partner with the Product and Market Development teams, and other key areas within Card Services and across Fiserv, to define market problems, design innovative solutions and fully leverage Fiserv’s distinctive competencies. This role is responsible for planning/development of products that distinguish the Network in the market place. In this role, you will deliver innovative products through the product lifecycle, which includes gathering business requirements and working closely with other internal departments to ensure a timely and accurate delivery of new products or enhancements.

As a Senior Product Analyst – Accel Network, you can look forward to:
Bring new, innovative products to market based on the Network’s overall strategy and goals
Define business requirements, maintain project plans in support of new product development
Prior to product delivery, identify all impacted areas within Fiserv and work with each area to ensure they have the proper training, guides, or support materials necessary for the launch of the new product or enhancement. Example of impacted areas include (but are not limited to): Implementations, risk, ERR, training, technical documentation, PMO, reporting, finance, billing, legal.
Represent the Network’s needs in the formal project management setting, and work closely with project management and development teams;
When relevant, manage product development work with third-party providers;
Performs other duties as required

- Enjoys building out requirements and partners with Product Strategists, Project Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Finance, Delivery and Implementations.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years’ payment industry experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in: business requirements definition and project management
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Highly collaborative work style with the ability to positively negotiate, influence others and maintain effective business relationships.
Self-motivated, with the ability to effectively prioritize issues plus work independently and with minimal direction with a strong sense of accountability of self and others.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Travel Required : 10%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
- Prior experience with Pragmatic Marketing concepts and application is desirable but not required
