This position can be located remotely in near proximity to or at an Amazonoffice in the following locations: Denver, CO; Herndon, VAAs a Hybrid/Edge Specialist Solutions Architect, you will have theopportunity to work directly with product and engineering teams, AWScustomers, and partners looking to integrate with their products and serviceofferings. You will focus on a product suite that includes AWS Outposts, AWSLocal Zones, AWS Wavelength, AWS Snowball, and VMware Cloud on AWS.If you have a deep understanding of data center, VMware and globalenterprise networking operations, you could be a great fit for this role.This is a customer-facing position where you will introduce new features andproducts in order to help colleagues and customers embrace technologicaladvancement. We would therefore love to see someone who has demonstratedthought leadership in terms of looking beyond the current state of yourcustomer's technology, considering the value that new technologies cancreate for your customers, and helping to change how these products areviewed and accepted. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoysinterpersonal communication as you will be heavily interacting and partneringwith other teams across AWS including security and compliance, developmentteams, field solutions architecture, sales, marketing, andprofessional serviceIn this role, you will:* Ensure success in helping customers accelerate their adoption of our hybrid/ edge specialized services* Share best-practice knowledge among the solutions engineering and AWSsolutions architect communities* Guide and motivate the development of artifacts, data sheets, proof ofconcept best practices, and other high-value customer facing guidance andbest practices* Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineeringteams, sales and supportHere at AWS, we embrace our differences.
