As a Senior System Engineer you will be providingadministration and focus onActive Directory, Windows, Group Policy, DNSand SCCM. You will be tasked with troubleshooting, investigatingproblems,design solutions, evaluate products and mentor associates.Youwill also be documenting processes and procedures and providingtechnicalguidanQualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experienceReceipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable foryour positionDue to the client contract,you will be assigned, this position requiresyou to be a U.S. citizen.Preferred Qualifications5 years of Windows architectures (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS,Windows Systems)At least7years ofWindowsSystem Engineering work experienceUnderstanding ofHP Hardware, Ilo, Firmware and DriversUnderstanding of SCCM (Building, Design, Management)MicrosoftPKI Knowledge preferredBasics of Zabbix, and SCOM knowledge preferred but not required.Knowledge of Security implementation Security Guidelines (STIG)ExpectationsMust be willing to reside in Kansas City or live in a Virtually approved cityAbility to participate in on-call rotation as needed.Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by localregulations.Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies andprocedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and clientassets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report compromises ofsecurity within scope of position.Perform other responsibilities as assigned.Additional InformationApplicants for U.S.-based positions with Cerner must be legally authorized towork in the United States.
