TheSenior User Experience Researcher's primary job will be to facilitate thediscovery, articulation and application of customer insights throughout thedesign process. Responsibilities include:Framing of the problem to be solvedFacilitating research team planning and executionFacilitating client conversationsCollaborating with designers and client stakeholders to make informed designdecisionsAnalyzing, synthesizing and narrating customer insight in an actionable andmeaningful wayUtilizing insights to inform concept generation, product and businessrequirements, design updates and market strategyThe ideal candidate must be passionate about uncovering customer behavior,needs, goals and motivations to inform the design and innovation of productsand services. The ideal candidate will be curious and will thrive in a workenvironment that requires strong problem solving skills and independentself-direction. In addition, the ideal candidate will have an aptitude forteam collaboration and open communication. The candidate will also haveexperience in fast-paced and innovative environments and be comfortable withambiguity.
