Position Overview : * Unisys is seeking a Consulting ServiceNow Advisor in the United Stateswith a dual as Business Strategy consultant to support our ServiceNowpractice. In this role, you will lead consulting engagements whileinterfacing with 'C' level executives to plan a strategic direction toenhance the maturity of the client organization's ServiceNow implementationeffectiveness and maturity. You will scope, plan and execute strategicinitiatives while managing and directing a leveraged team of ServiceNowengineers; work with the other Unisys or third party Services Organizationto staff and execute projects; manage and QA Delivery across all activeprojects; and act as liaison to the account team as well as the executivesponsors. This will be coupled with providing guidance on functional andtechnical areas of business and understanding how components fit together andinteract (IT and business, strategy and operations [including managedservices]); maintaining currency in industry and practice trends;providing perspective to clients when recommending solutions to businessproblems. You may at times be 'named' and servicing multiple clients with manyResponsibilities : * Work independently within a business area and assists at the enterpriselevel to influence the strategic and technical decisions during all phases ofa project (Strategic/Technical). * Know relevant issues and considerations in implementing ServiceNowprograms, controls, processes and practices within an enterprise (Strategic) * Know relevant issues and considerations with regard to ServiceNow domainseparation application maturity (Technical). * Recommend, Design and construct policies and standards (Strategic) * Provide consulting support to projects during the vision and strategy,architecture, and development phases (Methodology). * Lead both technical and strategic resources (company, client andthird-party resources) in area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase(Management). * Manage client expectations and balances the needs of the company andclients to ensure satisfaction for both (Relationship Management). * Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level(Relationship Management). * Perform in proposal efforts and assists in sales calls (Leverage). * Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel(Leadership). * Communicate in formal presentation settings including medium to large sizedgroups of key decision makers at the executive level; tailor presentationsto needs and interests of the audience. Develop blog posts, articles andwhite papers covering areas of expertise (Communication). * Grasp key client issues based on fact-gathering activities and developsappropriate analyses and hypotheses (Business). * Communicate company vision, organizational structure abilities andservices in context of client situations (Business). * Understand and apply approaches and techniques related to business areaarchitecture (BAA), information technology strategy (ITS) andenterprise transformation planning (ETP) (Methodology).Skills, Experience & Qualifications : * 10 or more years of consulting experience with management and/oroperations strategy * 6 years of consulting experience with technical architecture analysis anddesign as well as executive level business strategy
