2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaThe Analyst of Government Business supports key initiatives within DaVitaIntegrated Kidney Care related to the development and operation of integratedcare programs. The Analyst will support the development of innovativemodels, educational materials, and business process analysis. Inaddition, this position works effectively across multiple functional areasto drive team efforts toward common goals related to integrated care programs.The analyst should demonstrate a proven ability to creatively problem solveand examine and translate data into meaningful business insights to supportthese programs. The Analyst of Government Business will also assist in thecreation and management of datasets and demonstrate a proven ability toanalyze and translate data.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESConducts regular communications with DaVita IKC Operations team to ensureongoing reporting and auditing needs are met, and conducts operationalreporting development and deliveryPrepares materials for presentation to senior level management both internaland external to DaVitaAct as a liaison between different business lanes within DaVita departments tofacilitate the collection and analysis of operational and financial parametersProficient in data analytics and financial modelingPresent findings from analysis to external and internal clients/stakeholdersDevelops knowledge of competitive products and external factors in each marketAssists with new integrated care product designMake significant contributions to the definition of content/agendas andresearch for special projectsUse effective methods and well-developed interpersonal skills to collaboratewith and gather information from experts at all levels of organizationWork closely with department teammates to assist in evaluating, implementingand monitoring progress on key development opportunitiesPerform quality review of analyses and contractsUses a professional presentation style to communicate and creates effectivevisuals to convey data/info in easily digestible manner with clear takeawaysPrepares, organizes, and displays data/results to convey targetedmessages for each audiencePrepares and executes against marketing and communication strategiesUnderstands regulatory guidelines and operates within the guidelines tomitigate risk to the business and deals with confidential information usingdiscretion and judgmentParticipates in special projects outside of the day-to-day scope onresponsibilityApply a relentless attention to detail in all deliverables and effectivelydrives projects and tasks to completionWhat We'll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to whatmatters most.
