Business Analysis As a member of North Highland's Business Analysis team, you'llbring skills and capabilities to help clients make key decisions around how torecognize, formalize, and implement change. Exciting work you will do: * Use Business Analysis expertise to lead delivery across complexengagements, maximize delivery impact, transform the client'sthinking, and influence their decision making. * Own all aspects of delivery and client relationship building; focuson delivery excellence and creating lasting change for clients. * Dive deep into the challenges facing clients and think big to developcreative solutions to their toughest problems. * Develop trusted relationships with client executive teams and industryorganizations that result in new business opportunities. * Contribute to the future of the firm by leading internal initiativesto build its capability and expertise in Business Analysis. * Develop the firm's long-term sales strategy to position and marketits expertise with current and target accounts. * Be known as a recognized thought leader in Business Analysis. What you will need: * Solid analytical skillset with a focus on process work. * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. * Must be able to navigate difficult conversations in a non-threateningbut still effective way. * Must be able to effectively facilitate working sessions to reachstated outcomes while managing several client stakeholders. * This is a small team with this role being the only full time role.Must be self-motivated and have the ability to effectively drive work andforce decisions. * Experience with government work is a big plus. ** Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without theneed for visa sponsorship by North Highland.
