Robert Half International Sr. Financial Analyst in Denver, Colorado
You'll be interested in this Senior Financial Analyst position with one of our clients in the detail oriented Services industry, if you're looking for long-term temporary work. You'll be interested in this position if you want to be our client's primary point of contact for all financial issues, including project spending, planning, forecasting and annual budgeting. The Senior Financial Analyst consultant will also perform analysis of the operating results and financial performance of core business segments supporting public reporting requirements, and provide decision-making support for future company investments.
Handle ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests
Build advantageous relationships with integral business partners and Finance/Accounting leadership
Cultivate business performance through the use and execution of financial analysis
Execute improved management reporting by working with Operations and Accounting to more discreetly and accurately track financial results
Develop business, operational, and financial processes to be repeatable and understandable for all necessary teams
Evaluate financial results, summarize key issues, and articulate integral messages to senior management in order to drive existing management reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating critical updates to senior leadership
Provide management reporting, accounting and compliance guidance, and ensure alignment of operational initiatives by working closely with the Functional leads

Track-record in process reengineering and optimization
Efficient in office systems, reporting software, databases and other BI tools recommended
Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
CPA or MBA preferred
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence key decision makers
Well-founded grasp of Project Deliverable
Monthly Quarterly experience preferred
General familiarity with Quality Deliverables
Quarterly Taxes experience preferred
Proven knowledge of Key Deliverables
Deliverable experience highly desired
Solid understanding of Financial Services
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

Ability to apply critical thinking and critical decision making skills with management
