Nutanix Sr Manager, Global Integrated Marketing Programs in Denver, Colorado

Nutanix is seeking a Sr Manager of Global Integrated Marketing Programs to develop our global partner program strategy and manage a team to deliver both direct and partner programs with a focus on engagement, conversion acceleration, pipeline development, accelerate conversion and pipeline progression. You will report to the Sr. Director Global Demand Strategy and Operations, working closely with our Theater Marketing leadership and cross functional teams. You will collaborate with the campaigns and product marketing teams to build and execute new programs, develop collateral, and drive GTM initiatives across direct and partner initiatives.
Analyze data to drive and develop signature programs within key focus areas.
Project manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver signature programs within key focus areas.
Develop goals and metrics to drive towards outcomes within key focus areas.
Identify and manage key external partnerships, vendors and cultivate internal champions.
Present and represent the work of the programs team across the organization.
Define and manage the implementation of theater-specific marketing plans (Partner and Direct).
Define regional specific program team goals and KPIs.
Build compelling business cases to rally internal teams and persuade stakeholders of your proposed strategy
Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverables.
Use quantitative data and metrics to report on strategic decisions and marketing activities.
Thinking strategically, but also executing and managing with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability and willingness to be a hands-on leader.
Qualifications & Education:
BA/BS or equivalent working experience. MBA preferred
8-10 years of Marketing experience (Field, Partner, Regional) in a B2B environment
Experience supporting Global Marketing Programs with an understanding of creating effective programs for specific territories, regional, or cultural nuances.
Experience directing the work of others including agencies, stakeholders, global teams, etc.
Experience with planning and organizing global events
Good knowledge of various marketing tactics and best practices
An outstanding communicator and creative thinker
Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features
Experience with marketing tools and software
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
