Sunrun Sr. Project Operations Representative in Denver, Colorado
The Project Operations Support Coordinator is a hybrid position created to solve problems, support our sales teams all over the country, and most importantly improve the customer experience for thousands of new solar families every month. A Project Operations Support Coordinator is expected to learn about and become expert in every part of the process of going solar, and all the moving parts within a dynamic solar organization.
The Project Operations Support Coordinator will respond to escalations from the field in real time on the phone and through email or CRM chat; helping our sales team navigate through the requirements and technology necessary to work through some of the most complicated aspects of the solar process. After mastering the requirements and knowledge necessary to respond to escalations as well as review and approve the body of paperwork necessary to go solar, the most important aspect of the Project Operations Support Coordinator is detecting problems at a contractual and policy level while imagining and developing solutions.

The Project Operations Support Coordinator position is designed to create solar experts who can navigate the complex world of sales, finance, law, and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to improve systems and work with teams throughout Sunrun, responding to the needs of a constantly changing business.
Review signed solar agreements and correlating document packages for errors
Act as liaison between internal departments and the sales team to quickly resolve any issues with the agreement
Act as frontline support for our CRM and Design tools to resolve issues during a consultation
Aid Sales Representatives in submitting clean agreements and document packages to move toward installation
Assist our partner sales organizations by responding to and resolving questions and escalations
Work as an integral part of the Project Operations Support Team taking calls from partners in the field
Work through sales partner questions and escalations that come in through email throughout the day
Support our Direct Sales Team to avoid cancellations by helping find solutions to obstacles as they arise
Interface with Project and Install Coordinators, Design, Credit and Interconnection Teams to resolve issues
Help Sales Teams and Project teams identify trends, problems, and areas for improvement through the use of Salesforce reporting, online research, and other data collection and analysis.
Work with other Project Operations Support Coordinators on projects to create efficiency gains across the organization
Master internal process and serve as a resource to the Sales team on Sunrun’s booking process and policy.
