We’ll be looking to you to play a key role in developing financial institution enterprise channel partner strategy, defining business models, researching potential partners and identifying key target opportunities, and creating action plans to move the strategy forward. You will support regional sales teams with, and at times lead, new channel partner opportunities, establishing guidelines and best practices, developing sales assets and GTM tools, attending prospective partner meetings, and developing business cases for new channel partner opportunities. You’ll lead an enterprise bid management center of excellence, establishing guidelines and best practices as well as develop a centralized content library for use by regional sales teams. You will support, and at times lead, enterprise RFP/RFIs, ensuring a unified company approach for requests that cover both payments and money transfer solutions. You will lead and/or support strategic enterprise partnerships, which may include the development of sales presentations and other assets, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and develop business cases for new partner opportunities.

For such a pivotal role, you will have 6-8 years of developing partnership strategy and supporting enterprise RFP/RFI experience. You will have a bachelor’s degree in a related subject. You’ll be a self-starter with the ability to move between leader and support based on the initiative you are involved in. You will be skilled in using Microsoft Suite and other technical programs such as Salesforce. You’ll demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Annual base salary gross: $93,553.00 – $155,921.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees. In addition to the annual salary, this role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus.
