This position ensures customer satisfaction by consulting andadvising on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact productperformance.The Engineer III - Systems is also responsible for maintaining/increasingknowledge of technologies within specific functional areas, maintainingrequired certifications, and acting as a "trusted advisor" among ourcustomers on technical matters.**Please note: We can hire this position as SYSTEMS ENGINEER III or IV.Requirements for each position are listed in the qualifications section. Wewill assess applicants based on skills set and years of relevantexperiences.**ResponsibilitiesLead complex projects. Provide advanced level technical planning,implementation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services on oneor more of product lines or service groups we sponsor.Analyze complex systems problems and implement solutions. Seek and recommendalternative processes to improve service delivery to the customer in a costeffective way.Configure, install, and maintain software and hardware. Troubleshootequipment such as servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.Create documentation for both internal use and customer deliverables. Producecomplete system requirements and/or specifications as appropriate.Keep up-to-date with changes in technology (i.e. attend conferences ortraining, complete vendor provided trainings, review/study technicaljournals) QualificationsRequired Qualifications:SYSTEMS ENGINEER IIIBachelor degree or higher -OR- 4+years professional work experience.5+ years experience with at least one Server Operating Systems (Windows,Linux / UNIX or VMware); experience must include server hardware ANDadministering or implementing systems infrastructure (Servers,Virtualization, Storage, AD, Exchange, SQL, etc.).Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and haveaccess to reliable transportation.Availability to consult, assist and/or perform after-hours support andparticipate in on-call rotations.SYSTEMS ENGINEER IVBachelor degree or higher -OR- 4+years professional work experience.7+ years experience with at least one Server Operating Systems (Windows,Linux / UNIX or VMware); experience must include server hardware ANDadministering or implementing systems infrastructure (Servers,Virtualization, Storage, AD, Exchange, SQL, etc.).Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and haveaccess to reliable transportation.Availability to consult, assist and/or perform after-hours support andparticipate in on-call rotations.Other Qualifications:Experience in MS Azure and O365, including migrations and greenfielddeployments preferredIndustry standard certifications a plus (MCSE, MCITP, RHCE, ASE, VCP, etc.).Experience with storage (HPE, Dell/EMC), hardware and blades(Cisco, HPE, Dell/EMC) and Hyper-Convergence (Cisco, HPE, Dell/EMC) a plus.Sharp technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Accountable and takes ownership.Excellent customer service, communications, and professional demeanor.Able to manage multiple deadlines.Passionate toward new and existing technologies.Positive, resourceful, creative and detail-oriented.Self-starter, able
