Serving federal agencies and theIntelligence Community for more than 50 years, the Intelligence group helpsour clients meet their mission needs by providing trusted advisors,leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions.Role/Responsibilities/QualificationsAs part of the Risk team, you will be responsible for supporting theexecution of the Enterprise Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management(RIOM) Process. This Intelligence Community contract is responsible forfacilitating the RIOM Process to identify, assess impacts, determine andexecute handling strategies, track, report, and closeRisks/Issues/Opportunities in a structured and timely manner. Candidateswill be aligned to one or more projects based on both assessing candidates'skills and experience, and by understanding candidates' career aspirationsto ensure they are supporting a project that aligns to their career path.Key Responsibilities Include:Coordinate and review risk/issues/opportunities responses,assessments, and positions. This includes preparing briefings, capturingresults, and updating risk reporting and decision-making documentation insupport of Board Reviews and Working Group meetingsProvide a recommendation to risk working groups to help identifyrisks/issues/opportunities appropriate for visibility at the enterpriselevel (risk filtering)Participate in the development of risk/issues/opportunities reports andwhite papers assessing program activitiesOperate the Enterprise RIOM Tool, input data, produce reports, andgenerate risk assessmentsMay train new team members in the use of Risk tools/Processes and theimplementation of quality standardsDevelop new process metrics for process improvement that help determine howwell the overall process is workingQualificationsREQUIRED:Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA/MBA or 5to 7 years with a PHDPossess an active and current TS/SCI and pass a PolygraphStrong System Engineering or Systems Integration experienceDemonstrated ability to communicate with senior government customers, keepall stakeholders informed, prioritize tasks, and vet prioritiesStrong analytical skills and ability to develop and recommend solutions forproblems/issuesAbility to work independently and within a team environmentGood customer teaming skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teamsStrong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skillsResponsible and reliable; follow up on actions and the ability to multi taskDESIRED:Experience with GEOINT, SIGINT and/or COMM systems and overall space andground architectureExperience with core Systems Engineering Disciplines (Requirements,Schedule, Risk, Readiness, System Closure, VVandT, etc.)Working knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with change managementprocesses (e.g., RFC process)Familiarity with the Intelligence Community, and associated governmentagenciesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and ability to leadtechnical forumsExperience using Microsoft Office ToolsA passion for learning, helping others, sharing team knowledge, andcontributing value to the mission in any way possibleStellar Solutions is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
