Amazon Corporate LLC Technical Program Manager in Denver, Colorado

Join us in creating a human-centric development practice in theInnovation Advisory Global Specialty Practice team, where you'll workdirectly with customers to help them be customer-obsessed, collaborativelycraft a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP), and build prototypes usinghuman-centric design as a guide.As a technical program manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team ofengineers, application developers, devops, visual designers, andhuman-centric UX designers while maintaining the voice of the customer throughthe process. You'll keep the team cadence, the focus on the end-user,assist and lead user experiments. You'll enable transparency anddecision-making across the team and clear to the customer. You'll be workingclosely with an agile, multi-disciplinary team to solve challenginguser-focused application problems while working with the team to drivehigh-fidelity prototypes to product using the human-centric design framework.Responsibilities include:* Working with the leadership team to set strategy and make appropriatehigh-judgement trade-offs between features and speed-to-prototype based uponhuman-centric research* Ability to work in an ambiguous environment* Engage with service-owners and partner teams to identify integrationopportunities and cross-team product initiatives.* Bring your tactical leadership, problem-solving skills, creativity,and commitment to a bias for action and customer obsession to add value anddiversity of thought to the team.* Align distributed efforts to quickly deliver features and services to acustomer product in a timely and higher fidelity vision.* Drive tactical requirements, design, and delivery planning to ensure asuccessful launch across initiatives.* Collaborate with partner teams (internal and external) to crosscollaborate when necessaryBasic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a relatedtechnical discipline, or commensurate professional experience.* 5+ years of experience in technical program management, or similartechnical leadership role* 5+ years of experience with software development lifecycle from conceptionto delivery* Program management skills.* Oral and written communication skills.* Ability to coordinate and contribute to the design of systems within programspace to include limitations, scaling, boundary conditions, andarchitectural decision making process* Ability to efficiently schedule and plan complex projects* Interpersonal and communication skillsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
