What We Are Currently Looking For:


This key member of our Corporate Information Technology team will be responsible for the following:

  • Processes, tracks, analyzes and reports on all telecommunication invoices

  • Prepares cost allocations by location for monthly telecommunication services

  • Places orders for voice, VoIP and data circuits for existing and new service

  • Follows-up and ensures the proper data installations have been completed

  • Serves as single point of contact for all telecommunications and data billing/expense inquiries

  • Maintains and updates telecommunications hardware inventory

Candidates who apply should have:

  • Working knowledge of telecommunication billing/invoicing processes

  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel

  • Must have good research and problem solving skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required

  • This individual must be well organized, detail oriented, analytical and an efficient multi-tasker
