POSITION SALARY: $65 - $75k
Candidates will be located in the Denver, CO metro area - local travel required
POSITION SUMMARY
Trade Specialist is a subject matter resource for their respective category of services and will primarily be responsible to support the relevant business needs. The foundation for this role is the review of all trade related proposals for repair and replacement. A Trade Specialist analyzes the category performance and financials to support our Operational and Supply Chain counterparts and ensure we are in line with all industry best practices and standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and evaluate all repair and replacement proposals through fmPilot (software application)
Monitor the category performance, financials, and health through Tableau (software application)
Communicate with Service Providers to help set and enforce expectations and optimize the working relationships.
Participate and Support any initiatives that impact the Service Providers and/or Trade Services.
Work within the Trade Specialists teams to introduce and execute process improvement programs internally and externally.
Foster Service Provider relationships while achieving the desired results of controlling expense and sustaining performance
Review category work order history and make recommendations to enhance Preventative Maintenance Programs, Introduce Capital Projects, etc.
Provide guidance and training to Service Provider Technicians specific to client equipment, components, and repair techniques.
Interact with Service Providers and their technicians, as needed, to provide direction on specific work orders to expeditiously complete repairs and meet client SLA’s.
Monitor open work orders to improve compliance to client SLA’s and reduce out of compliance work orders.
Provide training to Service Providers and their technicians on the proper use of the FS Elite Mobile APP.
Work with Service Providers on stocking critical repair parts to improve first time fix.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience preferred. (Facility Management, Mechanical, Building Construction, Design, Engineering etc.)
Licensure or Certification in the Related Field Preferred
3 years of experience in Related Field Preferred
