WSP is currently initiating a search for a UI/UX Front-End Web Developer for our Denver office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce websites and web applications for our clients that adhere to designs and are responsive and accessible

  • Develop content and applications in .NET Content Management Systems

  • Be proactive in adopting best practices while working in a fast paced environment

  • Communicate daily with a largely remote workforce spread across the United States

  • Adhere to the Visualization & Data Intelligence Group's culture of service and excellence

  • Pursuit of professional development to stay current with web technology design/development trends is expected.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in Web Design & Development or related field

  • Experienced in PC-based web design a must

  • Master proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Sass, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, JSON, Git, REST, Node.js, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, XD, Illustrator)

  • Proficiency in Section 508 Accessibility compliance and SEO

  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Umbraco or similar .NET Content Management System and web based GIS tools

  • Understanding of basic UI/UX web design principles

  • Umbraco content management system development

Compensation and Benefits

WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.

Expected salary: $59,000 - $113,000
