Facebook is hiring some of the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a University Recruiting Manager, you will develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies that support our Production Engineering and Foundation businesses within the Infrastructure, Enterprise and Security (IES) business. You will lead a team of staffing professionals. This individual will know how to manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters while also working closely with our leaders to drive world class recruiting practices and strategy.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead a growing team of 3 recruiters responsible for a portion of our Infrastructure team within North America, including recruiting strategy, goals, performance management, day-to-day task management

  2. Ensure recruiters and/or sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics Partner with functional business leaders, cross-functional partners, and recruiting leaders to develop comprehensive headcount planning and integration with programs

  3. Provide reporting to the Global Recruiting teams and internal clients regarding recruiting results and how team is tracking to goals

  4. Partner with Facebook hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies

  5. Anticipate team needs and growth and hire, flex and stretch to meet changing business demand

  6. Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team

  7. Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of recruiting, HR or related experience

  2. 3+ years of people management experience

  3. Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions

  4. Experience effectively influencing and communicating cross-functionally

  5. Experience identifying trends and leveraging knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies for the Business recruitment team

  6. Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, experience in being detail-oriented and having organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience leading and managing recruiting and/or sourcing teams

  2. Experience in Specialized Technical Pipelines and/or University Recruiting Programs experience

  3. Experience working in tech industry or managing recruiting for a technical pipeline

  4. Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
