Role Summary:

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and accelerate the future of GE Healthcare driving the transformation to a SaaS business model. You will partner with C-level Healthcare Executives to create a consistent business model which will define the future of Healthcare at GE. Positioned to make huge impact across Healthcare, you will work horizontally across the GE Healthcare modalities to create and implement a unified go-to-market program

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create the SaaS transformation strategy and roadmap based on internal and external benchmarks

  • Utilize SaaS expertise to guide go-to-market strategy and identify new business models

  • Define organizational and operational structures to achieve business outcomes

  • Identify and implement effective communication and change management strategies

  • Lead a cross-functional team on the planning and execution of key transformation initiatives

  • Define and drive adoption of SaaS-focused financial and business metrics

  • Manage executive stakeholder communication and progress reporting Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree. Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or comparable preferred

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the software industry

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS and subscription models

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Software Development Project Management including large portfolio and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and large organizationsEligibility Requirements
