As a Web Implementation Coordinator, you willbe the first impression and initiate the client relationship post sale. TheProject Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for projectimplementations and must heavily focus on strategic delivery of Bannosolutions through client discovery, coordinating resources, timemanagement, extensive product knowledge and constant adaptation andmanagement of client expectations. This position's main goals are to planand oversee each project by completing and monitoring tasks anddeliverables, communicating expectations and deadlines to internal andexternal resources, and strive to complete each project within an expectedtimeframe to meet the customer expectations.This team directly assist our clients with the design and implementation oftheir custom websites. This team of coordinators works with clients throughthe entire website development project from creation to launch. You will workto set and manage timeline expectations to ensure deadlines are met. Thisposition's main goals are to uncover, articulate, and manage the visionfor every implementation across internal and external teams, mobilizeresources internally to meet customer needs as their advocate, and strive tolaunch customers as a reference of Jack Henry and Associates. If you want tobe part of a team that assists clients in making a great first impression onthe web, this position may be for you!This position will be hired out of the Brentwood, TN office (preferredlocation) or Remotely.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 years of experience in project implementation support/coordinationOR customer/project support of digital products (online or web applications).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree.Experience within Financial Technology industry.Experience with a Content Management Systems (CMS).Experience with account or project management.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSServes as a leader and resource for the installation team members.Prepares customer for implementation. Conducts readiness reviews, ensuringall aspects of setup are complete.Establishes guidelines/timeframes to ensure a successful installation.Ensures milestones are met. Monitors all phases of the installation andescalates issues when necessary. May interact with project manager.Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure asuccessful installation.Troubleshoots issues once implementation is complete.Conducts exit reviews. Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated insubsequent conversions.May train installation team personnel. May reinforce training to customersand/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.May participate in new release activities.May identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation andparticipate in project activities related to those items.May participate in sales turnover meetings to schedule and determine the scopeof the project.Equal Employment OpportunityAt Jack Henry, we...
