WHAT THIS ROLE IS
We are seeking an experienced workplace change manager to join our on the ground transition team for a key strategic client. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing change management strategies in the implementation of medium to large scale activity based workplace projects that result in significant change to the organization. The activities include but are not limited to:
Providing thought leadership and developing customized change management strategies
Identifying risks and challenges and work with leadership, managers, and impacted stakeholders to mitigate risks, identify change barriers, and develop strategies to remediate change resistance
Employing proven methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and repeatable change management approaches are embedded in program(s) and project(s)
Creating detailed communications strategies and plans
Creating presentations, tools, and other client-facing materials
Developing relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and others impacted by the change
Leading a team to successfully deliver client-facing projects
Coaching and developing junior team members
Conducting research and ensuring accuracy of quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Developing strategic recommendations and building consensus with senior leaders
Understanding and adapting to the client culture, standards, and acumen in project delivery and materials
Other duties may be assigned.
May provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the companys values.

You are experienced in the ins and outs of workplace strategy development and change management implementation. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
8+ years of credible, related work experience in the field of real estate, design, program management or consulting
Undergraduate degree (graduate degree preferred)
In-depth knowledge of the field of change management theory and practical application
Leadership capabilities including conflict management and strong interpersonal skills
Strong client-service oriented work ethic driven by a desire to act
Passion for strategic and creative problem solving
Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfort in translating large data sets into compelling findings
Ability to present and articulate ideas and analyses
Superior interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and complex challenges
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite of Products
Experience working with other software preferred (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products. Knowledge of real estate-specific software solutions like Tririga, Manhattan CenterStone, Siterra Plus, or Argus is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership/management skills
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the State of Colorado.
This position may be performed remotely in any time zone or other geographic state but may not be performed in the State of Colorado.
