Great-West Corporate Change Management Lead in Denver (DTC), Colorado

The change management leader will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to transform the organization by successfully leading the adoption of critical change initiatives. You will help create an environment that embraces change by operating as a change agent using change management skills and approaches to drive the adoption technology, process reengineering and organizational change. You will work closely with change and business leaders, to lead changes that will improve our associate experience and the service we provide to our clients.
In this role, you will coach and lead project teams and leaders in organizational and individual change activities. You will have the opportunity to help create the vision for change initiatives, lead the identification and assessment of impacts, and help create strategies and plans to help change adoption. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to increase awareness and understating of change by leading training and education opportunities by being deeply embedded in the business.
Developing Change Strategies
Developing a change management strategy and plan in partnership with business sponsors to identify the change vision and approach for driving business objectives.
Facilitate the creation of the change story with change sponsor and project team
Working closely with business sponsors to enable them to actively lead and reinforce change initiatives
Leading Change Management Activities
Working closely with project managers and business leaders to align change management plan with program/project plan
Identify stakeholder impacts and areas of resistance
Assess change readiness and develop activities to enable stakeholders to embrace change, including communications, training, coaching and reinforcement
Lead the development effective communication strategies and communication plans to help shift mindset
Provide coaching to business leaders, sponsors and project leaders on effective change management activities
Define and help administer change readiness assessments to understand change adoption and create strategies address change risks
Establish and lead change networks to create broad business engagement
Participate in business leadership meetings and project team meetings
Partner with business leaders to understand change adoption and develop reinforcement plan
Identify areas of resistance and problem solve Implement solutions accelerate adoption of change
We Require You Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
2-5 years of change management experience
Ability to engage at all levels of the organization – SVP to associate
Strong communication skills
The ability to create compelling and effective presentations
Ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of managers
Strong facilitation skill
Critical thinking skills
Problem solving skills
