DISH is currently looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented and data-driven analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in influencing the direction of an entire organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tackling new challenges, everyday. No two days are the same in this role. You will need to utilize every skill, tool and resource at your disposal to contribute to the team effectively.

The Data Analyst position is responsible for helping plan the long-term strategy of Dish’s Operations group, In-Home Services, by generating creative ideas and inventive solutions. This person is focused on building collaborative relationships and delivering results by utilizing their exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


  • Nurture and enhance our customers journey from planning to execution to lessons learned, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights from data sources across the enterprise

  • Interacting with company leadership by developing and delivering recommendations for continuous improvement to internal and external field management, executives, and other business partners

  • Conduct long-term and short-term data analysis with a focus on increasing productivity and lowering fixed and variable costs, while improving customer experience

  • Create communication plans and strategies that generate acceptance, speed of adoption, and a platform for additional expansion

  • Cooperate with teams across the country to develop new strategies to provide a best in class customer experience while meeting cost and productivity goals

Qualifications for a successful Analyst:

  • Bachelors Degree with a focus in Business or related field (Business Administration, Finance, Business Development, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Education); Masters Degree a plus

  • Excellent communicator using verbal and written skills, with a specific focus on building trust with business partners and synthesizing knowledge

  • The ability to take a creative approach to solving problems while utilizing analytical and quantitative skills

  • Delivers results on projects with demanding deadlines in a team environment

  • Willing to take risks, try innovative approaches, being adaptable to change, and learn from failures

  • Proficiency with Excel, R, Python, SQL, etc. This experience is preferred but not required

    Compensation: $55,800.00/Yr. - $76,900.00/Yr.
