DISH Head of Operations and Logistics in Englewood, Colorado

This position will oversee our Process, PMO, Supply Chain and Inventory teams for all installation services. You will play a vital role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and completing large scale company projects. We are looking for someone who is both logical and creative to identify and diagnose problems and identify cost saving and innovative solutions. This position will focus on how efficiently and effectively work is being performed and completed. You will be the gatekeeper for best practices and project direction and will set, maintain, and ensure company standards are being followed. You will be accountable for the project scope, project team[s], and resources to meet company goals and financial targets.

Your team[s] will be composed of experts in DISH Satellite and OnTech smart home product installation operations, the usage of data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization capabilities that provide a first-rate customer experience. The team[s] will collaborate with our technology operations, pricing and category management, business development, manufacturing, business process, and customer experience teams while seamlessly communicating back to our field operations partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, test, and refine new business processes and coordinate with a variety of business units for implementation

  • Manage operational performance and deliver continuous process improvement

  • Communicate regularly with Executive, Regional, and Corporate Leadership to determine and develop business priorities

  • Take the initiative to start, manage, and deliver multiple objectives under tight and/or ambiguous time frames

  • Drive constant focus and efficiency within our supply chain, to ensure product availability and cost savings

  • Challenge norms to create nimble processes when launching or optimizing product lines

  • Deliver compelling presentations to all levels of the organization

  • Be physically present at any company location when needed

For this role, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related experience to include 3+ years supervising/managing and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Successful management of cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation on a national scope

  • Established leadership philosophy with the ability to develop teams while influencing change frequently and consistently

  • Well versed in technology and the curiosity to continue to learn and introduce cutting edge options to drive business initiatives

  • Superb presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, across multiple levels of an organization

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities

  • Flexibility and comfort with traveling when needed

    Compensation: $115,000.00/Yr. - $160,000.00/Yr.
