DISH Paid Search Marketing Specialist II in Englewood, Colorado

From day one, you will be responsible for learning the DISH business, developing and executing marketing plans, collaborating with other teams across the company and working with internal and external creative agencies and vendors. Responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Responsible for defining and managing projects to improve the effectiveness and growth of DISH paid search.

  • Manage and execute the day-to-day operations with search engines and DISH sales partners in an effort to acquire a greater number of new customers in the most efficient manner.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in executing bid management, campaign launches, and account changes.

  • Understand and work with technology partners like Microsoft and Google to organize bidding structures amongst DISH and its online selling partners.

  • Work closely with DISH’s site team to design landing pages that optimize both conversions and search engine relevance/quality scores.

  • Actively monitor and assess online landscape to ensure that the DISH brand is protected.

  • Works closely with Sales and Brand organizations to develop processes to understand partner needs, consolidate improvement/requests, analyze results, and deliver strategic recommendations.

  • A successful Paid Search Specialist will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in paid search; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency and an ability to think creatively, strategically and quickly and to learn and act quickly.

  • Drive completion of strategic projects through deep understanding of program initiatives and providing operational solutions within key platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking as well as ability to effectively manage projects with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis.

  • Proven experience in working directly with senior leadership teams with excellent attention to detail, creativity, motivation and communication skills.

  • Previous experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads required.

  • Google Search Ads 360 and Google/Microsoft Editor experience a strong plus.

  • Previous experience with other facets of Digital marketing (SEO, Display, Video, Site Management, etc.) a plus


Compensation: $48,600.00/Yr. - $70,000.00/Yr.
