DISH Senior Brand Manager, Integrated Marketing Planning in Englewood, Colorado

The Senior Brand Manager, Integrated Marketing Planning, reports to the Vice President of Brand Marketing and serves as the leader of a project-based agency structure. The Senior Brand Manager is the key point of contact for internal and external partners, taking a holistic approach to development and refinement of insights, idea generation, and creative execution. This individual will be responsible for collaborating and building relationships to provide this service in partnership with brand, social media, and analytics teams, as well as internal and external agency partners to ensure delivery of brand and business targets.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Partner with heads of Brand, Social, Consumer Insights, Corporate Communications, and agencies to identify barriers to behavior change and participatory ideas to overcome these barriers

  • Lead agencies to develop creative directions and experience plans that deliver against brand actions

  • Collaborate with internal and external media experts to create and execute media plan

  • Work with Marketing Analytics to determine impact of marketing activities making relevant adjustments to tactics to drive real-time optimization

  • Build and refine roster of agencies based on strategies and experience plans

  • Champion integrated marketing planning process throughout the organization helping all brands build stronger processes, ideas, and executions

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, MBA preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or marketing-related field

  • The successful candidate will likely have agency experience, preferably in strategic planning

  • The successful candidate will likely have led all aspects of brand management, sequentially or simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills that encourage team partnership and collaboration, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking

  • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines daily. Organized and attentive to details.

  • Ability to influence at senior levels internally and with agency partners


Compensation: $74,700.00/Yr. - $150,000.00/Yr.
