Senior Customer Implementation Project Manager

Talent Acquisition is currently looking for a

Senior Customer Implementation Project Manager

to join their team in 

Englewood Co

Summary:

Leads all implementation activities including creation of implementation plans, project schedules, deliverables, action items, and as necessary, leads the activities of a team. Leads development and implementation of a plan, methodology and repeatable process for the implementation of products and services. Develops and leads product/service training and work flow analysis. Provides resolution of all project issues until customer acceptance. Responsible for implementation and planning. Tracks milestones and provides appropriate levels of project reporting, both internally and externally. Leads preparation of technical and operational impact analysis. Captures IMS metrics and prepares status reports for each phase of implementation. Responsible for the creation of the project communications plan, both internally and externally. Coordinates customer data deliveries with account representatives and product/service onboarding teams.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], SAFe Agile, ANSI, and ISO standards). Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships with peers, local and regional teams and across the global organization.

Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management and reporting) for a portfolio of medium size projects in support of organizational goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, partners.

Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements.

Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.

Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.

Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation.

Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for complex projects, programs, and change driven activities.

Facilitates or leads others in facilitating negotiations involving major project parameters such as deliverable definition and performance objectives (e.g., cost, schedule, quality). Engages with senior staff and line management personnel at the enterprise level.

Support Engagement Manager with contract negotiations and Flight Planning, Navigation and Crew Hosting product and process knowledge, ensuring each implementation opportunity is setup for success.

Discovers new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. Tries different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.

Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships with peers, local and regional teams and across the global organization.

Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years.

Project Manager, managing complex implementations

1+ years 

experience running Agile projects

Educational Background – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred:

Professional certification: such as;  Agile, : PMP, Six Sigma .

Relocation is not authorized for this position.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
