Helpimprove the performance of the network by providing your input into theoperation and maintenance procedures used by those who touch the network.RequirementsExperience defining operational processesTechnical mentor for techniciansGood communication Skills1 year experience with Incident Lead in a NOC or similar environmentAbility and willingness to cover on call Schedules.JNCIA, CCNA or higher certificationOne year experience in a Network Operation environment1 year experience in an ISP Environment1 year experience with SplunkBachelors of Science in technical discipline, or equivalent work experienceAbility/willingness to support occasional travel (up to 10%) togateways for network equipment installation and expansionPreferencesHas Performed QA reviewsScripting abilityOur office is located in the Denver Tech Center area in Englewood.
