Leads focused technical analysis discussions, delivers supporting artifacts and drives review sessions for all necessary approvals.
Responsible to complete all tasks and associated documentation within committed timeframes, and effectively communicating across teams and all levels of management.
Leads or provides subject matter expertise to highly complex projects, multi-year programs or enterprise-wide assignments.
Works on one or more projects and program as a technical expert and a technical analyst team leader, providing direction as needed. This includes assisting business leadership with strategic planning and initiatives.

Compensation Range: $ 36.96 to $48.05, hourly rates, annualized.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience.
Requires 8 or more years of experience as a business, data, or technical analyst.
At least 8 or more years’ experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry.
Significant experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expert level understanding and comfort leading business and technology partners thru a structured development and/or implementation life cycle and support model. This includes technical requirement gathering, specification development, and creation of design and system test plans.
Ability to understand highly complex technology projects and concepts as they relate to business objectives, and ability to present those concepts to both IT and non-IT leadership in a concise and easily-understandable manner.
Capacity to leverage strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills to recommend solutions.
Proven abilities in problem management, process analysis and root cause analysis is required.
Advanced oral and written communication skills capable of communicating at Executive levels within the organization is required. This includes the ability to present highly technical concepts, solutions, and issues in a manner business leader can leverage to support their business vision.
Exceptional presentation, technical writing and documentation skills are required.
Ability to work independently and in a complex, matrixed, and partially outsourced team environment is required.
Ability to handle multiple moderate to complex projects, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines is required.
Strong command of key productivity applications, such as, Google Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Access, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is required.
Operational knowledge of Common Spirit Health business operations, legacy systems, interfaces/EDI, and evolving technology is desired.
Special Skills Addendum – Integration Analyst:
Expert level knowledge and capabilities for evaluating and implementing solutions that require the interfacing of multiple systems, strong project and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong database and reporting background are preferred.
Detailed understanding of several of the following data integration standards are required: HL7, ANSI X.12/EDI, DICOM, EDI engines, and HIPAA transaction sets.
Extensive knowledge of one or more data integration middleware products and/or technologies such as HL7 interface engine, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, IBM IIB, IBM MQ, Cerner Foreign System Interfaces/Open Engine or ConnectR are Required.
Managed File Trader (Axway Synchrony MFT product suite preferred), SFTP/FTP scripting, or Tidal are required.
Ability to read and/or create pseudo-code or RPG/400 programs is required.
Other Desired and Valued working knowledge and experience includes:
‒ More than one SDLC methodology with detailed knowledge of Waterfall, Agile Development, and Scrum
‒ Test management, test processes, automated and performance testing using tools such as HP ALM
‒ Source code management and application build and deployment tools (CVS, Rational, Aldon)
‒ Time management best practices
‒ Development effort estimation techniques
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Knowledge of MedSeries4, Invision, Epic, Cerner Millennium, or Meditech at the application navigation (screens, menus, programs) and data structures/file, and data flow levels is Preferred.
Applications/Integration Development - 4 or more years’ development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry is Preferred.
Significant experience using a relational database system and
Database reporting is Preferred.
IBM, Rhapsody, Oracle or Microsoft technical certifications
Agile, Scrum, ASQ, IEEE, ACM or other related software
Significant technical analysis experience with one of the following development platforms is Preferred:
