Tuknik Government Services is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Managerto work with our Federal client in the Ft. Collins, CO area. Position Overview: The Organizational Effectiveness Manager is an integral component of ateam supporting a Federal client's organizational and digital transformationwithin an enterprise infrastructure and integrated with an expansion in cloudoperations. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and progressive thoughtleader, with proven experience supporting and architecting strategic andoperational capabilities within a public and or private cloud environmentHe/she is proficient in the design, development, delivery, documentation. The Organizational Effectiveness Manager will: * The organizational effectiveness manager's primary objective is toprepare staff so that their company's business goals can be met. * They correct candidate will dig in and develop a clear understandingof the objectives of their business and the specific goals they are workingtowards, which will come from meeting with management. * The successful candidate will then develop a strategy to prepare staffso that they have the skills and knowledge needed to successfully fulfillthose goals. This can include producing a number of different things, suchas training programs and policies. * The candidate will be responsible for leading training programs andproviding materials and guidance to others * Part of their duties involves assessing how effective their programsand strategies are * Design effective business and operating models, ITIL capabilities,and enterprise project management and delivery experience * Proactively learn new concepts and technologies in the event analysisof situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives * Be comfortable interacting with senior management, which involvesinfluencing on significant matters along with a consistent team-focusedmessage on direction. * Ability to drive and lead conversations regarding overall objectiveswith both current and future goals and technologies. * A true thought leader willing to both learn, implement, andeducate clients on design and changes needed to move forward and expandcurrent cloud environments * Forward thinking individual that has a balance of practical hands-ontechnical experience but is also capable of accurately and convincinglychampioning organization changing cloud deliverables.
