This person will be responsible forworking with the Program Manager in managing all aspects of Governmentprojects, pursuing new opportunities, and developing existingrelationships with Government Project contacts.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Program Manager in administering Government projects,including project plans, project support personnel, deliverables,modifications, updates, and responses Maintain project management data, including project plans, projectschedules, project budgets, and project tasks Coordinate and administer quotes, purchase orders, invoices,timekeeping, and project reports. Provide documentation development for technical manuals, technicalsolutions, guides, and test plans Understanding of Government procurement methods Liaison between Government Program Manager and Persistent Systems, LLC. Technical understanding of network and communications systems Work with customers to complete required Government forms Work with Program Manager to develop existing relationships and pursue newopportunities with Government Project persons of contact Work with Project Managers, Program Managers, and Account Managers torespond to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotes(RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP,) and other relevant requestsQualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or asimilar field or equivalent experience At least 4 years of experience managing projects, technology,technical writing, and proposal writing At least 2 years of experience with network and communications systems Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous tasks and competingpriorities Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Must be available to travel 15-25% of the time Must be able to obtain U.S. Government Secret security clearancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or formal PMPtraining Excellent interpersonal and communication skills CCENT, CCNA, or other similar technical certifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or asimilar field or equivalent experience
