We are looking for a talented Enterprise Technical Program Manager whopossesses seasoned enterprise experience as a Master Scheduler. This role alsorequires prior experience with hands-on development and excellent writtencommunication skills.For HP, our customer experience and supporting future business models are atop priority, and a key area is offering subscription-based products andservices. Our customers want an easy, seamless and innovative online buyingexperience and subscription platform. This platform enables HP BUs to sell,support, and revoke access to first and third-party software and servicesoffers by acting as the seller of record. As seller of record, HP managesthe customer data and transaction directly.Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledgeincluding technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to thedevelopment of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates inHP's most complex disciplines. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leadslarge, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect theorganization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate incross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance tolower level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developingmethods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategyand sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager withinarea of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary jobfunctionResponsibilitiesManages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teamsto drive the engineering development and implementation process for multipleproducts or service offerings for a Global Business Unit.Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resourceallocation plans, and general program requirements for the Global BusinessUnitMaintains roadmap, planning, overall timelines, identify risks anddevelop risk mitigation strategies for rollout to multiple geographies.Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and externaldevelopment partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and ownsresponsibility for overall program profit and loss management.Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to productstakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and internalmanufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes toproducts, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvementand manage program costs.Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiativesinto projects and activities.Reviews and evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with programmanagement guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improveoverall program management quality and results for the organization.Manage timelines for multiple team members. Must be able to monitor and ensurethat team members are successfully staying in compliance with timelines andtargets.Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members toset an example of program management innovation and excellence.Manages internal and external communication on project status, scope anddeliverables.Knowledge and SkillsExperience designing and developing project and program planning tools andsoftware packages to create, manage, and track project results.A technical foundation, including prior experience with hands-on codingdevelopment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy,and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unitprograms, including communicating with internal and external stakeholdersand directing matrixed teams and resources.History of innovation with examples of developing new technical andengineering processes.Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures,plans, proposals, and resul
