Description Koniag Government Services is looking for a Windows End UserAdministrator to join our team in support of a federal client located in FortCollins, CO. The Windows End User Administrator (EUA) team provides support,configuration and administration of DHCP, file and print servers and ActiveDirectory standard and elevated user accounts for the Department of Interior(D * Manage and create DHCP scopes and reservations forlaptops/workstations and printers. * Configure and maintain print queues and permissions for print servers. * Responsible for standard user provisioning/de-provisioning andmanagement in Active Directory, including, cross Domain user access,security group management for directory file share access, VPN access andinitial email account attribute setup. * Monitors server performance and availability. * Address operational systems issues including file and sharepermissions, user accounts and installing applications. * Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems and provides on-callsupport. Performs research for problems, defines solutions, performsresearch for problems, defines solutions, and coordinates implementationof solution with staff and customers. * Collaborates with team members to solve problems. * Assists security staff in conducting, internal system reviews andaudits in accordance with defined policy/procedures to ensuresystem/component settings remain in order as specified by security guidelines. * Provide applicable document as resolution of security findings. * Manages and responds to IT requests via Trouble Ticket System inaccordance with customer Service Level Agreements requirements. * Manages and maintains OneDrive and Office 365 with SharePoint documentmanagement system. * Manages and maintains IT system changes via Change Request System inaccordance with Change Management Policy and Procedures. * Is available for participation in on-call schedule for technical outof hours support. The individual on-call is available during off-hours toresolve priority problems according to published procedures.Position Requirements Required Qualifications * Experience with Microsoft Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 * Experience with Active Directory * Experience with DHCP/DNS Desirable Qualifications * Bachelor s degree preferred * Experience with DNS, DHCP * Experience with Group Policy, AGPM * Experience with SCCM * Experience with SCOM * Large Enterprise experience * Experience with Print Management * Change Controlled environment experience Working Environment and Conditions This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard officeposition and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent isrequired to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, orfeel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk andhear. The work load may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods oftime. The incumbent must be able to read, perform simple math calculationsand withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally liftand/or move items that weigh up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilitiesrequired for the job include close vision, distance vision, colorvision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
