Red Robin Brand Marketing Coordinator in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Based out of our Home Office in Greenwood Village, CO, the Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Team on various projects that will drive profitable traffic into the restaurant and build brand awareness. This person is accountable for supporting Corporate marketing field initiatives, events and communications, fundraisers, local restaurant marketing (LRM) programs, philanthropic program, kids & family marketing and gift cards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with execution of local and regional marketing programs.

  • Assist with creative development including feedback, kickoff, creative brief process and scheduling.

  • Work closely with cross functional groups to execute Field & LRM initiatives.

  • Research competitive landscape for LRM, fundraisers & kids/family and provide updates as needed to the team.

  • Assist restaurants with fundraisers by managing and approving requests.Find ways to optimize & promote fundraiser program internally and to our Guests.

  • Support the development of strategy & execution related to LRM, fundraisers & philanthropy.

  • Provide administrative assistance for Marketing team including copying, responding to phone calls and emails, etc.

  • Assist with brand events and traffic-driving promotions as needed and identified by Brand team.

  • Update content in the LRM Toolbox based on field requests and needs.

  • Educate field on how to use the LRM Toolbox and build awareness of the tools available.Optimize tools to increase usage of the LRM program and Toolbox by the field.

  • Collaborate with field communications team to ensure proper communication for Marketing initiatives.

  • First point of contact for field marketing questions and requests.

  • Support brand gift card program working with agency and vendors on requests, production and fulfillment.Develop and maintain calendar for in and out of restaurant messaging.

  • Assist supervisor with kids & family experience supporting strategy, tests, communications and ideating of new opportunities.

  • Attend team meetings as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education/Training

  • Current experience with Red Robin brand preferred

  • College education (or equivalent work experience) in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration preferred

Knowledge/Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

  • Strong writing, editing, communication and people skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

  • Proactive self-starter with desire to learn, grow and be challenged

  • Energetic & enthusiastic attitude

  • Adheres to and promotes company values and policies and displays a strong ethical character capable of handling confidential information
