The Director ofProfessional Services responsibilities are as follows:*Lead the Professional Services team*Implement a professional, consistent, and visible project managementdiscipline*Establish and refine professional services methodology, conducting projectswith focus on customer needs and adapting as necessary*Continuously evaluate and measure services work against what was promised,and whether it addresses the actual business challenge*Provide expert guidance to customers regarding software implementation,best practices for operation of the software, workflow transformation,change management, and opportunities to improve their overall business*Provide people services such as offline drafting, plan take off, or othervalue-added function to offload tasks from constrained customer resources*Build and Develop Team Members and Professional Services functions:*Coach, mentor, and develop team members to thrive within a ProfessionalServices environment*Partner with key internal leadership stakeholders for the ProfessionalServices team, including Customer Success, Sales, and Business Operations-Inspire a culture of continuous learning and development by incorporatingbest in class Professional Services frameworks and programs*Customer Experience and Quality:-Ensure quality delivery and customer experience on small, mid-sized,enterprise, and custom implementations-Support team members to achieve Product Release Readiness-Partner with Education / Learning teams to ensure adoption and utilizationgoals are achieved at Go Live-Collaborate with Leaders within Enterprise Consulting, CustomerOperations, Customer Support, Product Management, and Sales to identifyand implement process improvementsRequired Experience:*Management experience in leading teams/functions responsible for SaaSproject implementations and Professional Service practice management*Previous experience leading implementation programs for ERP or businessmanagement systems, preferably in the manufacturing or home building industry*Strong experience in partnering with internal and external stakeholders*Demonstrated ability to manage/train/support employees in a remote workenvironment*Excellent presentation skills, customer service, team building skills,and team support*Ability to work in a fast-past environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously*University degree or diploma in a related fieldSKILLS & ABILITIESEducation & Experience: Bachelor or Advanced degree related to ComputerTechnology/Management Information Systems/Programming/Developmentrequired, or 15+ years equivalent IT experience with a minimum of 10+years in application development. 5+ years experience managing ITInfrastructure, Operations, and Applications Development in an enterprise envirTechnical Skills:Knowledge of systems and network security. Experience working in a highlyvirtualized environment. Experience leading and executing the design anddevelopment of large and small innovative solutions and drivingrecommendations for changes to systems, infrastructure or processes.Experience delivering high availability and performance web and back officeapplications.
