We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Incident Problem Engineer
The Incident Problem Engineer is a key part of the internal IT team responsible for monitoring and incident management, metrics and reporting, process engineering, IT Service Delivery/Management (ITSM), IT finance, and project definition/intake, and resource allocation. The position interacts with our support team in Mexico, our engineering staff, IT leadership, stakeholders who are application owners and end users.
Engage quickly as potentially critical incidents occur to ensure triage communication
Stay engaged through triaged critical incidents to ensure actions toward resolution are focused on the customer experience and communication is clear and timely
Follow-up on resolved critical incidents to ensure that Problem Management records are created and updated, managing PIR for incidents escalated to L3 and reviewing quality, completeness, and timeliness of PIR for incidents resolved by L2.
Draft and review RCA executive summary reports for P1/P2 incidents in a timely manner
Manage problem tasks, including assignments, targets, and progress through completion
Compile reporting for the monthly metrics deck on problems records opened, progressed, closed, with root cause summaries
Review quality of incident records so that after-the-fact review illustrates the timeline, changes, actions, and ultimate resolutions of the incidents and reporting (metrics) is accurate
Influence the monitoring, outage coordination, and engineering actions to improve response, resolution, and reporting efforts to contribute to overall operations value.
Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience required.
Certification in Project Management discipline (PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean, Sigma) preferred.
7+ years’ experience in technical project management, specifically in infrastructure engineering disciplines (networking, systems administration, data management, telecommunications).
3+ years’ experience in a technical role in the same disciplines.
3+ years’ experience in a rapid deployment, Agile, or DevOps environment.

Organizational, multi-tasking, and management skills
Experience in healthcare systems preferred.
Technical project management, project estimation, risk management, delivery, and problem resolution
JIRA/Confluence or other Agile methodology tools
Networking, Wi-Fi, Telecommunciations, Systems, or Data Management engineering
Experience with developing systems policies, procedures and documentation.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and policies within the information services field required.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
