We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Technical - Process/BA Analyst III.
Drives and aligns cross-functional infrastructure engineering resources to help formulate, follow, and execute company priorities in the network, telecommunications, systems, database, and cloud disciplines. Assists to resolve engineering issues seen from production systems and field issues, integration and merger/divestiture activities, and delivery programs. Identify, evaluate, and drive various activities to enable intake, definition, delivery, release, and deployment of technical design, communicating risk, priorities, schedules, and resolutions to cross-functional teams and infrastructure management. Partners with business groups, service organizations, and other stakeholders to identify requirements, priorities, and technical needs. Responds quickly, partnering with Infrastructure & Operations management to meet quickly changing goals and challenges. Highly technical resource, capable of driving delivery across cross-functional engineering teams, enabling solutions architecture, problem mitigation, and organizational maturity. Requires an in-depth understanding of infrastructure technologies in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
This position would ideally be located in Greenwood Village, CO, but can be located in Nashville TN or Plantation FL. There is possibility this position can be remote.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical project management, from inception through delivery and deployment, across network, telecommunication, systems, and data disciplines.
Organization and presentation of project status, risks and mitigation plans, resource allocation, schedules, and delivery requirements.
Clear and concise communication, publication of knowledge base and project dashboards.
Drive problems to resolution, coordinating with stakeholders and partner organizations to ensure effective delivery.
Knowledge of and proficiency with rapid deployment methodologies, such as Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, and DevOps.
Engineering acumen in one or more technical disciplines, such as networking, wireless, telecommunications, data management, and systems administration.
Knowledge of new technology trial platforms, project intake and estimation, budgeting, release management, product lifecycle, and lab management.
Varied working hours may be required to accomplish technical solutions.
Some travel required.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience required. Certification in Project Management discipline (PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean, Sigma) preferred.
7+ years’ experience in technical project management, specifically in infrastructure engineering disciplines (networking, systems administration, data management, telecommunications).
3+ years’ experience in a technical role in the same disciplines.
3+ years’ experience in a rapid deployment, Agile, or DevOps environment.
Engineering Project Management

Experience in healthcare systems preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Technical project management, project estimation, risk management, delivery, and problem resolution
JIRA/Confluence or other Agile methodology tools
Networking, Wi-Fi, Telecommunciations, Systems, or Data Management engineering
Experience with developing systems policies, procedures and documentation.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and policies within the information services field required.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
