JOB SUMMARYDrives results by leading initiatives that include: residential streaming TVapplication development and deployment; support of ongoing management ofresidential TV products; development and maintenance of business rules,process documentation, and support tools for internal teams. Reports to andpartners with the Sr. Manager, Video Applications on Spectrum TV. Assistswith operational performance metrics, provides input on customercommunication and notifications, and conducts competitive analysis.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance thecustomer experience. * Leads and works with a cross functional team through the development,implementation and launch of new products and features. * Assists in management of product lifecycle and roadmap for residentialstreaming TV applications. * Establishes credibility with internal and external team members todirect planning and implementation, while relentlessly driving deliverabletimelines. * Develops use cases, defines business rules and supports tools foroperational implementation on residential streaming TV applications. * Works closely with development and test teams to ensure use cases andrequirements are implemented as expected. * Determines and monitors key performance customer experience indicatorsfor the video application portfolio. * Drives initiatives through leadership with Engineering, Operationsand Marketing. * Drives customer-facing product enhancements that generate increasedengagement, revenue growth and market penetration for residential videoapplications. * Executes performance and market analysis for commercial Videoproducts, customer support metrics, achievement of plan objectives, etc. * Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and Knowledge * Ability to read, write, speak and understand English * Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear andstraightforward manner * Ability to communicate with all levels of management and companypersonnel * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Ability to analyze and interpret data * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working underpressure * Ability to manage multiple projects at one time * Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties * Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. wordprocessing, spreadsheet, etc.) * Strong knowledge of and experience with legacy video platforms,including IPG, CPE, VOD and EBIF * Knowledge of industry hardware and software standards * Strong knowledge of broadband services, technology, and marketing * Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products, services, andcompetitive landscapeEducationBS/BA in business, engineering, or computer science.
