Experiencewith iterative and agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Understands andcontributes towards general availability artifacts like release notes, userdocumentation, training materials, implementation and configuration guidesWe'd love to see:Experience in a client facing role preferredAbility to communicate both at a technical and nontechnical levelAbility to work in or lead small, highly focused teams as necessaryMust be able to define and manage multifaceted processes and/or product issuesPrevious experience with launching service offeringsKnowledge of basic SQL and databases preferredImpact You'll Make:Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, develop, shape and refinebusiness requirements of a complex software product at the heart of thecompany's businessOwn and prioritize the product backlog, continuously and transparentlycommunicating the prioritized backlog and status of projects to stakeholdersCommunicate priorities based on well-defined and measured business casesadjusting the features and priority as needed after each sprint or iterationCollaborate cross functionally to fulfill the product roadmap, includingimplementation and support teamsEngage key stakeholders in backlog prioritization and acceptance or rejectionof work resultsEngage customers or users to gain feedback and keep them apprised of productrelease statusCollaborate with the Scrum Master and software delivery team to run successfulRelease Planning and Sprint Planning sessions, as well as Sprint Reviews andRetrospectivesDefines and documents use cases, user stories, requirements, acceptancecriteria, workflow and data diagrams; designs user interaction modelsCreate prototypes/wireframes, and detailed interaction specificationsIntegrate internal and external product design into a cohesive user experienceResearches and evaluates existing systems and develops proposed statements ofwork that considers existing systems/processesAssist with user interface designMay plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing of softwarefeaturesCreates or contributes to user, administrator and system applicationdocumentationContribute to pricing of products (new and existing)Coordinate product launches; GA checklists, release activitiesContribute to training and educating internal and external customers on newfeature functionalityExercises common sense and good judgment with decisions, escalation ofissues, and prioritization of workProvides timely and accurate updates to project leadership and client(s)Compensation:We offer competitive compensation packages that are based on carefulconsideration of the impact and scope of the position, external paybenchmarking and the candidates' knowledge skills and abilities.
