Visa Director, DPS+ Client Readiness in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

The Director of DPS+ Client Readiness will partner closely with DPS Product to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies that ensure the needs of the DPS Client Services organization are accounted for prior to launch of new feature/functionality and services. This includes coordinating the development of Client Services artifacts, defining processes that scale, and driving standardization across DPS product lines. This is an individual contributor role at an advanced support staff level and is responsible for executing on strategy, applying independent judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations. The role serves as a Readiness specialist who coordinates/leads cross-functional teams, defining project related activities, tools, processes and procedures. This function also drives the development of operational support plans and implementation strategies for the successful deployment of new Visa DPS Services, as well as enterprise projects. Responsibilities: * Develop strong stakeholder partnerships with DPS+ Product and Client Services teams. Be the bridge from Product to Client Services, and vice versa. * Align CS with Product’s GTM process to provide input to design, development, implementation, client engagement and support processes. * Own the Visa DPS+ GTM Client Services Readiness roadmap; regularly communicate to client-facing staff regarding new services, use cases, enhancements, and initiatives. * Integrate traditional product development lifecycles and agile approaches into a new DPS+ Readiness framework. * Develop Visa DPS+ client lifecycle subject matter expertise including knowledge of onboarding, API integrations, launch, post-production support, and enhancement implementation cycles. * Develop artifacts, training materials and presentations and present them in an accurate, understandable, and engaging manner. * Serve as an advisor to the organization, helping to identify gaps, bolster capabilities and deliver efficiencies. * Act as the point of contact for product to assess new business; leveraging your SME knowledge, provide input on all elements of how to bring new products to life operationally while also noting risks and existing gaps. * Embrace and implement new methodologies and optimize on an ongoing basis as the business scales within the organization. Basic Qualifications * 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications * 12-15 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or * 6+ years of work experience with a PhD * Proven collaborator with high EQ & interpersonal skills. * Ability to articulate technical requirements to internal stakeholders and external clients. * Customer centric with validated ability to establish productive working relationships and influence internal employees and client executives in a dynamic and fast paced environment. * Ability to drive own line of business – to track and prioritize expectations, track to KPIs and provide executive level reporting, and to work both as part of a team and independently. * Ability to identify optimization opportunities and put them in plan/carry them through to completion. * Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.) and aptitude to learn Visa API integration methodology and transaction research tools. * Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required. * Knowledge of payments processing required. Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position. Work Hours 8 hours - Regular Office hours Travel Requirements This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 5% of the time for training or team meetings. Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
